So last February at a club activity, I was talking about my love for musicals with Mike E and Megan. He mentioned a play called Avenue Q that was like Sesame Street but for adults. He found out during the summer that it was coming to Utah in February 2010 and invited us to come with. So February 2 finally came around and last night we went to see it! I've had the soundtrack memorized for months but I couldn't imagine that it was going to be as funny as it was! Its definitely for adults with songs like "The Internet is for Porn" and "Everyone's a Little Bit Racist, Sometimes". It was hilarious and it was so great to have a night out at the theater. I forget how much I like going to the theater and the symphony and things like that. What a great night!
Avenue Q was fabulous... but I don't know how you can compare it to the symphony! Just a few "minor" differences!
