winter...

I love winter. It's my favorite season. I can't wait for it to come each year. 

One of my favorite things about winter is a certain time of night that comes after a snow storm:

Very few tracks have been made
The noisy, scraping plows haven't come
It's dark, but light because everything seems to glow
It's quiet, cold, and beautiful

I love the sights, I love the smell, and I love the quiet!


I can't get enough of the peaceful feeling it brings...
