We were busy bees this weekend!
Friday night:
- Car show at RC Willey in Riverdale. The last few years, they had crummy weather, so the good weather this year brought out tons of people and cars! Including both of our cars! Hopefully they will be out and about together more often this summer!
- We also stopped for ice cream after the show at Birch Creek Mercantile (they only have hard ice cream and they still mix sodas right when you order them!) We had our own little car show in their parking lot!
Saturday involved:
- A partial car show (our boredom was too great to keep us there for the entire show)
- Bicycle hunting (I need to exercise, but in style, of course). I want to get a bike that is like a beach cruiser cause they look AWESOME!
- Attending my first Renaissance Festival at the Utah Renaissance Festival and Fantasy Faire! I had a blast! Enjoy the pics and video (of real-live jousting!)
I adore the wings on this fairy!
A short video of the Jousting!
- Eating a delicious dinner at Taggarts with great friends.
- Found us taking a long drive to Park City and back. It was nice to take a long ride and Kyle wanted test the '33 on a long drive. We stopped in front of this cool building just off main street in Park City:
- Then I went and saw Water for Elephants with my sis! I just finished the book and couldn't wait to see the movie. The movie was excellent and followed the book quite well! While I was lost in a Depression-Era Circus world, Kyle was working on the '33 with his helpers:
Our weekends are so hectic sometimes that I feel like I have to go back to work on Monday just to relax a little!
